This project aims at increasing the quality of surface and ground waters in the south of the province of Limburg with regard to nitrate residues and pesticides. Via introduction of the EVA-application to follow-up fertilization and via sensitisation on point pollution with pesticides, we try to change the mentality of the farmers that will result in lower nitrate and pesticide concentrations.
